STAFF

Our teaching staff have considerable experience within the performance industry, and are all CRB checked with Emergency First Aid certificates as standard.

They are passionate about working with youngsters within the fun-filled field of the performing arts, and go over and above the call of duty every week to ensure that each child's experience is a positive and progressive one. Our teachers are happy and approachable, and are regarded as friends by members and parents alike.

All of our staff have a wealth of directing and performing - as well as teaching - exerience,  and are skilled in ensuring not only that each production looks and sounds fantastic, but also that each child enjoys the experience and develops their own abilities during it.

Drama/Dance Teacher - Jodie Cole
Jodie has vast teaching and performing experience, and is one of the most enthusiastic teachers we have!

Jodie trained at Middlesex University and London School of Contemporary Dance, gaining a BA Hons degree in Dance and Theatre Performance and a Post Graduate certificate in Contemporary Dance respectively. She has recently danced in shows, films and music videos including "Caburlesque", "Juncture", "Voulez Vous", "On Your Way", "Sarcade" and "Backpacker Orpheus".

She is passionate about Dance and the benefits it can have on today's youngsters, and enjoys leading Extended Schools Dance and Performance clubs and activities throughout the week.

Dance Teacher - Emma Cole
Since graduating from University, Emma has enjoyed success within the world of Opera, dancing in numerous tours and productions, including "Cesare" and "Carmen", at prestigious theatres and venues such as Glyndebourne and The Royal Albert hall.

Emma recently enjoyed a stint at The Royal Opera House, dancing in the well-received Opera "Cinderella", and she begins touring "The Fairy Queen" with the prestigious English Touring Opera Company in October 2011.

Between dancing jobs, Emma enjoys teaching dance in Primary and Secondary Schools as well as Theatre Schools.
